THIS UNIT IS IDEAL FOR ENGINE DYNO, ROLLING ROAD OR ON THE ROAD TUNING.

You have to do only a dyno run or drive the car on the road and thereafter You can analyse LAMBDA, BOOST, KNOCK LEVEL, TPS and optional EXHAUST temperature against RPM 

You need to have a Laptop or PC that is connected to our unit via serial port or USB (optional cable). 

All data is directly saved in PC and can thereafter been saved under a specific name for later analyse. A stand alone unit is for later.

With the MOTEC LAMBDA PLM it can not only be used on PETROL engines but also on DIESELS, LPG, ALCOHOL.

You can analyse all data by GRAPH or TABLE selecting :

TPS % : complete data or data selected every 10% (0-10-20-30-40-50-60-70-80-90-100)

or

 BOOST pressure : complete data or data selected every 0.2 bar (-0.6 / -0.4 / -0.2 / 0 / 0.2 / 0.4 / 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 / 1.4 / 1.6 / 1.8 / 2.0)

  • signal output from MOTEC PLM (wide band lambda BOSCH or NTK)

  • calibration of 0 % and 100% throttle position against voltage (given in table/graph as 10000 for 100% more accurate)

  • drive by wire possibility taking signal from pedal sensor

  •  Every modern original ECU or universal ECU has a Tacho output where You can pick up. Most of the time it is a square 0-12V signal.

  • injector output signal (signal against GND)

  • 0 - 3,0 bar absolute (= -1.0 to 2.0 bar)

• KNOCK input

  • pick up possibility on existing knock sensor

  • optional extra knock sensor if the car didn't not have one
